Since the new owners took over, we've tried three times. 1st time, food was really good as was the service. 2nd time we ordered, food was cold and greasy. We always ordered (under the previous owners) salads to go, new owners took the option off their menu. 3rd time we ordered, well, we can't rate the food as we haven't "gotten our call back yet". Order was called in at 7:55PM, RUDE woman on the phone said "we're busy but go ahead, whadda ya want?", when asked if they offered fried onions on a steak sandwich stated, "OH COME ON!!! I'm not going to ask them to do that! We're busy!!". O.K., then what about just a Buckhorn Burger? She repeated back the order, and we stated, "No, cancel the steak sandwich, just the burger" She replied, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!???" No RUDE LADY, we are NOT kidding you. Then she stated, "Look, we are really busy, I'll call you when it's close to ready" it's been an hour no call. We just called at 9:00pm to find out how much longer, same rude lady answered the phone, and we inquired "Any idea how much longer?" Her RUDE reply was "I said I'd call you when it's close, and I didn't call you yet, so obviously it's not ready yet. I'll call you when it's close like I said". I don't care if we're starving and have to eat ice, NEVER ordering from this place again.
